Research interests

Key words: Shifts at the timing of growing season (both thermal and vegetation growing season), Multi-Decadal Variability of temperature, Climate extremes, sea level change

My current research is focused on studying the possible relationship between changes in vegetation growing season and climate in the 20th century. In order to predict future responses of plant species we first need to discover how species have responded to the climate in the past. It is very important to be prepared for the possible impacts of changes in growing season and to continue reasonable plant monitoring in the future.
