夏江江，男，1984年4月生。中国农业大学应用气象系学士（2007年），中国科学院大气物理研究所博士（2012年），副研究员（2017年），硕士生导师。
研究领域包括机器学习在大气科学中的应用，高分辨率天气气候历史数据集的重构，极端天气气候事件的变化，强对流的识别和外推，模式后处理订正预报，检测和归因分析等。发表国内外文章30余篇，承担和参加各类项目（包括国家重点研发计划专题、中科院先导专项专题、基金课题、行业专项骨干、科研机构横向等）十余项。
